Professional Development

Continuing Education Requirements

NLAR has developed a credited REALTOR® Professional Development Program (RPDP) to ensure our members are meeting at least a minimum standard of ongoing professional development. NLAR members are required as a condition of membership to take continuing education courses and to consistently refine and improve their skills and professional knowledge by participating in the RPDP.

Additional Training Resources

We encourage our members to set their own goals towards life-long learning. There are many optional courses available to you, ranging from social media to finances and planning for retirement. These courses will not gain you any RPDP credits, as they do not meet the guidelines for accreditation, however there is a wealth of useful information to be found here.

This is also where you will find training on commonly used applications like Matrix, Webforms, and BrokerBay etc.
