The CoreLogic® Learning Lab is your go-to resource for training videos, quick tips, and guides. Not only does it cover Matrix, but it also includes valuable learning materials for OneHome™, Prospects Mobile™, and more.
🔑 Important: You must log in to your Matrix system before accessing the Learning Lab. Once logged in, you can choose from three different methods to open it.
This guide will walk you through three simple ways to access the Learning Lab.
1. Add the Matrix Learning Lab Widget to Your Dashboard
- Login to your Matrix account.
- In the top-right corner, click Edit Dashboard.
- Scroll through the list of widgets and make sure Matrix Learning Lab is enabled.
- Refresh your page – you’ll now see the widget on your dashboard.
- Click the widget to open the Learning Lab in a new webpage.
2. Access from External Links
If you have External Links enabled on your dashboard, you can also find the Matrix Learning Lab link under that section. Simply click it, and you’ll be taken directly to the Learning Lab.
3. View Training Inside Matrix (Help Menu)
- Click your name at the top-right corner.
- Select Help from the dropdown menu.
- This opens the Help Index page, where you can view training guides, videos, and articles – including the Matrix 12 Quick Start Guide.
